Governance Framework

Board of Trustees and Executive Leadership.

The Board of Trustees provides strategic oversight, fiduciary accountability, policy guidance, risk management, resource development, advocacy, and program impact oversight. The Executive Board manages operations and coordinates the work of departments and standing committees.

Key Governance Principle

The Board of Trustees governs, while the Executive Board manages operations. This distinction supports clear accountability, strong checks and balances, and sustainable organizational growth.
